Q. How much is shipping/postage?
A. Shipping costs depend on both the nature of the product, the quantity of that product, and of course which method of shipping you prefer? Royal Mail 1st Class registered delivery is used on smaller items, and Parcel Force 24 is used on larger items. Once shipped clients can request a tracking number which can be entered into the royal mail website to follow the progress of their delivery. Q. How can I be sure I will get a custom design that I like?
A. We work closely with our clients to get the exact design that you are looking for. Input is taken from the client and a preliminary design is made. Clients are then shown this design and changes are made to it as advised by the client. This process continues until you are 100 % satisfied with your design work.
